We're looking to expand the Roy and Son team. We are hiring an Office manager and This person needs to be organized, reliable, teachable, flexible, trustworthy, and just fun to be around! Objective:
-Supports Roy and Son Fencing by Maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
-Assist President and Sales Manager in sales of all Roy and Son Fencing operations and services.

Job Requirements:
-Good communicator, both with fellow employees and upper management.
-Adept at assigning responsibility, keeping projects on track, and organizing and leading meetings when necessary.
-Productive when multi-tasking with management, organizational decision-making responsibilities.
-Familiar with commonly used software, such as Outlook, Google Docs, Word, Power Point, Quick Books and Excel.

Duties:
-Maintaining office services such as answering phones, ingoing and outgoing mail, filing and supervision of office staff.
-Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems that aid in clear communication and the protection of information.
-Respond to customer inquiries for estimates via phone and email.
-Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
-Maintain all financial records including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial statements and reporting requirements.
-Keeps management informed of all processes; summarizing information; identifying trends and issues.
-Readiness in coaching, counseling, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; making recommendations for disciplinary actions.
-Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrections.

Hours:
7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
